My Approach
A wise mentor once told me
"You cannot see when you're in your own fog!"
Many times we can solve other peoples problems but not our own - even when we have those exact same problems! We need someone else to show us the perspective that we may be missing - a view above the fog.
One well-seasoned Executive put it like this:
"I know what I should do, I just need someone to bounce my thoughts off and help me validate that I'm making the right decision"
My approach is a tailored combination of mentoring, coaching and business advisory that fits exactly with where you are in life.
It is certainly not a pre-determined program that you are put through.
The sessions are impactful and relevant to what challenges you are facing and can range from helping solve complex business problems to interpersonal relationships and creating balance in family life.
My Background
I have over 3 decades of running businesses at Board level (and continue to do so) and have spent over 8,000 hours coaching and mentoring high capacity people in business, family and life.
I've failed as much as succeeded and been helped as much as helped.
I've been in the valleys and the mountain tops.
I've got a strong, unified family with solid beliefs and values.
I've managed the balance between all these things and love my life.
My passion and purpose is to help you transform your business and personal life to your next level using the lessons I've learned from mine.
